Casey is a clinical pharmacist with Medication Review and Academic Detailing department through the University of Illinois at Chicago. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy in 2016 as a Doctor of Pharmacy. During his studies he had an emphasis on psychology and pharmacogenomics. Casey has been practicing in the community pharmacy setting for 4+ years with Walgreens in central Illinois. Working in the community setting has helped to develop a strong working relationship with prescribers and their practices to care for mutual patients.
After starting with Illinois ADVANCE in March of 2020, he has received training through online modules with NarCAD and through other members of the Illinois ADVANCE team. Casey resides in Springfield, IL and will be collaborating with physicians throughout central and southern Illinois.
