Gwen Pham, PharmD

Gwen is a clinical pharmacist and clinical instructor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) College of Pharmacy, and an academic detailer with Illinois ADVANCE. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from UIC in 2013 and has been practicing in a hospital setting. Gwen has been heavily involved in several fields such as ambulatory care, infusion center, and inpatient and outpatient practice. Most recently, she served as the Operational Pharmacy Manager at Thorek Memorial Hospital, a community hospital with a focus on behavioral health in uptown Chicago. Gwen has strong interest in destigmatizing mental health in underserved populations and hopes to make impactful contributions as an academic detailer.
